New development of 8.75 acres along US-41 for a commercial zone that includes a general store, restaurant, exterior dining pavilion and souvenir shop.
Also, included in the project are a gas station, 250 space parking, a pedestrian promenade, a tram station for airport rides, a welcome plaza, a park/picnic area and a welcome plaza.
This project is one of several that was identified in a reservation wide Master Plan prepared by WA.
