The project consists of the development of two city blocks in a cohesive development with two different functions with common elements and synergies between the two, including a new pedestrian friendly public street, plazas and green spaces.
The site facing the primary through fare, NE 163rd Street, will accommodate two different automobile dealers: Nissan and Volkswagen.
The 7-story, 494,000 SF facility includes service drives, new car showrooms, dedicated pre-owned showroom, service bays, service parking, automobile inventory and staff parking. Each brand required that their current brand identity be employed in the showrooms, which required a unique architectural solution to what is generally a single building.
