Marcel R. Morlote, AIA
President
Mr. Morlote joined WA in 1979 and brings exceptional depth to his work. His skills as an architect, planner and manager are accompanied by a strong background in engineering, giving him added expertise in the technical requirements for buildings and infrastructure. Marcel directs the day-to-day technical operation for the firm and is experienced in architectural design, design/build, architectural coordination, project management and construction phase services. He experience includes a variety of projects including mixed-use projects for both public and private sector clients in South Florida and the Caribbean, including Mary Brickell Village, Shops at Sunset Place and NASA’s Operations and Support Building II at Kennedy Space Center. Mr. Morlote received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami.
